Our very first four legged guest Bailey has returned for her annual trip up north. Her owners take her on holidays every year and Lakeside Caravan Park is her favourite. She loves the fortnightly winter BBQs, soaking up the sun and walks along the beach.
There have been early sightings of whales in the Coffs Coast Waters. This is a month early as traditionally they don’t arrive until June/July. Woolgoolga Headland offers the best views.
The 1893 Buster shipwreck can be seen just off the Beach access path. Recent big seas have exposed a local shipwreck for the first time in 15 years. Residents and visitors can get a taste of our maritime history.
Check out the video on our local Buster which is almost covered by sand again.
