Important Setup Info Before You Book

To ensure we allocate you the best site, please provide the exact dimensions of your setup at the time of booking, including:

  • Length of caravan/trailer (including drawbar)
  • Any awnings, annexes, slide-outs or tie-downs
  • Add at least 2 metres to your full length to allow for site spacing and safety

General Booking FAQs

 

1. How do I make a booking?
You can make a booking online via the website or call our friendly reservations team on 1800 200 555. If you have a specific site, cabin or villa preference, we recommend calling so we can assist you.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes,  a deposit equal to the first night’s tariff is required at the time of booking. Sites or cabins cannot be held without this payment. 

3. Can I request a specific site, cabin or villa?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to request things like proximity to amenities, sunny or shaded sites, or water-view accommodation. We’ll do our best to meet your request, however it cannot be guaranteed due to availability. 

4. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in for sites starts at 12:00 pm, and for cabins/villas at 2:00 pm. All accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 am on departure day. 

5. What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, you’ll receive a full refund less an administration fee per site/cabin. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival may result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff or deposit. During peak holiday and Christmas periods, stricter rules apply.

6. Are there minimum stay requirements during certain periods?
Yes, minimum stay requirements often apply for long weekends, special events, and peak holiday periods. 

7. Can I change my booking?
Modifications are subject to availability. Please contact our reservations team as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellation rules and fees may still apply.

8. What information will I need for a site booking?
For powered sites, please provide your full set-up dimensions (including drawbar and any annexes) so we can allocate the right sized site.

9. Are pets allowed at all parks?
Pets are only permitted at the pet-friendly park (Woolgoolga Lakeside) during off-peak periods. Pets are not permitted at BIG4 Park Beach, BIG4 Sawtell Beach or Woolgoolga Beach. Certified assistance animals are welcome in all parks with proper paperwork.

10. Are tariffs and rates guaranteed once I book?
When you book, the tariff at the time of booking is guaranteed for your accommodation. However, rates may change for future bookings and specials or discounted tariffs cannot always be applied to extension of stays.
