The town of Woolgoolga is 25 mins north of Coffs Harbour and features two of our holiday parks. Woolgoolga has beautiful beaches, a variety of shops, and its headland is one of the best spots on the Coffs Coast for whale watching. It’s also home to the Sikh Temple. Pets are not allowed at this park.

The pool is open during Summer and Spring: in the mornings, and closes at 1pm weekdays and 2pm weekends.

The pool is closed during the cooler months from 30th April 2024. Reopening in Spring 2024.

Great Holiday Location

Uncrowded beach on doorstep

Relaxing at the beach is easy, with the main entrance to Woolgoolga Beach at your doorstep. This picturesque beach is a popular surf spot and has a beautiful bay in the southern corner (opposite holiday park). Walk to its northern end and see the colonial shipwreck ‘Buster’.

Opposite Shops and Cafes

Straight across the road are Woolgoolga’s shops, cafés and bottle shop. There’s an array of cafes and restaurants – all within a 3 minute walk – including the bowling club, and a new wine bar. Browse the boutique shops and enjoy the convenience of a large supermarket nearby.

Premium Spot For Whale watching

Woolgoolga Headland is one of the best vantage points on the Coffs Coast for spotting whales during May to October. You’ll also find scenic walking tracks and spectacular coastal views that stretch to Yuraygir National Park and the rolling hills of the Coffs Coast hinterland.

Sikh Temple

Woolgoolga’s Sikh Temple – Guru Nanak – is an icon. Discover this architectural landmark that was built in 1969 by the town’s Sikh community. People from any religion are welcome to visit and experience this place of worship and join in the communal eating called langar.

Wajaana Yaam Adventure Tours

Go on a 2.5 hour paddle tour in Coffs Harbour’s Solitary Islands Marine Park with the direct descendants of the world’s first stand up paddlers. Connect to land and sea through stories and language, and collect and taste bush tucker. No fitness level or paddle experience needed.

Yarrawarra Aboriginal Cultural Centre

Visit Yarrawarra Aboriginal Cultural Centre – surrounded by tranquil bushland, pristine beaches and abundant wildlife. It’s located in Corindi Beach – 11km north of Woolgoolga. The Centre is home to a bush tucker café and Wadjar Regional Aboriginal Art Gallery.

Sherwood Nature Reserve

Sherwood Nature Reserve provides opportunities for picnicking, birdwatching and bushwalking. It’s a 40 min drive and features Falls Walking Track, Woolgoolga Creek picnic area and spectacular waterfall views of Woolgoolga Creek Falls.

Amazing Large Festivals

Curryfest is a festival of food, music and dancing that celebrates Woolgoolga’s Punjabi heritage. Soak up Indian music and dancing, and sample curries from all over the world. Annually in September.

Blues & Berries happens in November and is a popular blues and roots festival by the beach. There’s great music, blueberry farm tours, and loads of food and market stalls.
