Camped here over the long weekend in October. This was our second time staying here. We love that the park is super family friendly with lots to do. The beach is right at your door step and there is an onsite cafe with food options for lunch and dinner. 6 mins from the Coffs plaza and roughly the same from the Big Banana. Facilities are generally cleaned and they offer laundry facilities which are paid via card. Our only feedback would be to have a few more family amenity rooms for showers etc.

The Big4 Beach Caravan Park at Coffs Harbour would be the best caravan park that l have been in. Great amenities and facilities , love the early morning cafe where you can get a egg and bacon roll and coffee and sit on the deck relax.

This is an amazingly good park!
We stayed in a 2 bedroom cabin which was very clean and plenty big enough for 4 adults. Undercover parking for the car at the door of the cabin. Lovely little balcony.
The amenities in the park are great - huge kitchen & dining area for use, large pool, heaps of playground options for the kids and a cafe.
The whole park is very well maintained and they are currently building a heated pool and spa area.

We recently stayed at BIG4 Park Beach Holiday Park in Coffs Harbour as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children) in a two-bedroom Ocean Villa, and overall we had a fantastic stay.

The cabin was very clean, comfortable and well appointed, with everything we needed. It had two reverse-cycle air conditioners—one in the living area and one in the main bedroom—as well as a second TV in the main bedroom, which was a nice bonus. Wi-Fi was available and generally worked well, although it was a little weak at times.

Our Ocean Villa was separated from the beach by a roadway, so while it wasn’t absolute beachfront, it was still only a very short walk to the water. One thing to be aware of is the nearby freight train line. We could hear the trains at night, but I actually found the sound quite soothing. It may not suit everyone, but it certainly didn’t bother us.

The facilities were excellent and kept the kids entertained. The swimming pool was large with plenty of space, and the giant tipping bucket was a huge hit. The jumping pillow was another favourite, and there was also mini golf, a basketball court and pedal carts available to hire at very reasonable prices.

During the school holidays the park offers a kids’ club and movie nights in the hall with comfortable lounge seating. We didn’t get to use the kids’ club because we were busy exploring the area, but it was great to see these activities available for families.

The park itself was quiet, well laid out and had a really relaxed atmosphere. We also appreciated the on-site takeaway café. After a long day of travelling, we grabbed dinner there on our first night and found the food to be tasty, reasonably priced and very convenient.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. It’s a fantastic family-friendly holiday park with great facilities, clean accommodation and a peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for families visiting Coffs Harbour.

Well maintained and clean, i was in town for work and rented a private cabin for 6 nights, i would stay here again, no problems at all, good to see a sealed road with good drainage as some parks don't provide this. Cute, clean, lovely gardens thoughtfully planted around cabins to create privacy and ambience.
Cabin with separate toilet and bathroom very workable.
A suggestion - need a  couple hooks on bathroom wall to hang clothes while showering.
Shared facilities...bbqs, kitchen all make for an excellent get away spot...just brilliant.
