Respect Quiet Hours
All our parks observe quiet time from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please keep noise to a minimum so everyone can get a restful night’s sleep — especially families with young children and early risers.
Keep Your Site Tidy
Help keep the park clean and welcoming for all guests by keeping your area neat. Dispose of rubbish properly in the bins provided, secure loose items at night, and use designated laundry lines and storage areas.
Follow Site Boundaries
Your powered or unpowered site is your space — and your neighbour’s site is theirs. Avoid encroaching with furniture, guy ropes, washing lines or vehicles, and be mindful of where you walk.
Be a Responsible Pet Owner (if staying at Woolgoolga Lakeside)
Pets are only permitted at Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park, and only outside of peak holiday periods. If you’re holidaying with your furry friend, please follow the park’s pet policy:
- Always keep pets on a leash in the park
- Pick up after them
- Keep noise to a minimum
- Never leave them unattended
Guide dogs and certified assistance animals are welcome at all Coffs Coast Holiday Parks.
Share Communal Facilities Considerately
Our caravan parks offer fantastic shared spaces — from camp kitchens and BBQs to laundries and playgrounds. Please clean up after use, be mindful of time limits during busy periods, and leave facilities as you’d like to find them.
Drive Slowly & Safely
Children love riding scooters and bikes around the park, so speed limits of 10km/h are strictly enforced. Always watch for pedestrians, especially near amenities and playgrounds.
Be Water Wise
Help us care for the environment by being mindful of water usage in showers, laundry, and when washing dishes. Every bit helps to preserve this beautiful region we all love.
Be Friendly — But Respect Privacy
A friendly “hello” to your neighbours goes a long way! While many guests enjoy a chat, always respect those who prefer a quieter stay. Remember, your getaway is part of someone else’s too.
Supervise Children
Please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially when using shared facilities, riding scooters, or playing near roads or waterways.
