Whether you’re staying at BIG4 Park Beach, BIG4 Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach, or Woolgoolga Lakeside, here’s everything you need to know.
How do I make a booking?
You can book online at coffscoastholidayparks.com.au or by calling our friendly team on 1800 200 555. If you have a preferred site or cabin, it’s best to call so we can help you find the right fit.
Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?
Yes, a deposit equal to the first night’s tariff is required to confirm your booking. No sites or cabins will be held without a deposit.
Can I request a specific site, villa, or cabin?
Absolutely! You are welcome to request specific locations like sunny or shady sites, close to amenities, or beachfront options. While we do our best to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed due to availability.
Are pets allowed at the parks?
Pets are welcome only at Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park, and only outside of peak holiday periods. Pets are not permitted at BIG4 Park Beach, BIG4 Sawtell Beach, or Woolgoolga Beach Holiday Park. Assistance animals are permitted across all parks with correct certification.
What types of accommodation and sites are available?

How do I choose the right site for my caravan or tent?
Provide the full dimensions of your setup when booking—including drawbar length for trailers and caravans—and add 2 metres to allow for safety space. This helps us allocate a site that best suits your needs.
What happens if I need to modify or cancel my booking?
Changes are subject to availability and our cancellation policy. Cancellation fees may apply, especially during peak periods. For full details, please ask at the time of booking or visit our website.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Sites: Check-in from 12:00 PM
Ensuites, Cabins and Villas: Check-in from 2:00 PM
Check-out for all bookings is strictly 10:00 AM.
Is there free WiFi?
Yes! BIG4 Park Beach and BIG4 Sawtell Beach now offer super fast, free WiFi across the entire park. Other parks also offer free WiFi in key areas.
Can I arrive late? What if I’m delayed or arriving after hours?
If you are arriving after reception hours, please contact the park ahead of time so arrangements can be made for a late check-in pack. We’ll provide instructions so you can easily access your site or cabin. A night caretaker is also available to assist with late check-ins up until 10:00 PM.
Is linen provided in cabins and villas?
Yes, linen is provided for all cabin and villa accommodation. Main beds are made up; linen for additional beds is provided for you to make up as needed.
