How to Book
From 15th February, call our friendly reservations team on 1800 200 555 to secure your summer holiday. We experience a high volume of calls, so please be patient and have the following details ready to make the process as smooth as possible:

Know your setup dimensions, including annexes, tie-downs, and drawbar.
📌 For All Bookings:
✔ How many people will be staying (including children and infants).
✔ Your contact details (name, phone number, and email).
✔ Your credit card details for deposit payment.
Please note that pets are not permitted during this peak holiday period across all our parks.
Booking Conditions & Payment Information
- Minimum 7-Night Stay: All bookings during the peak summer period require a minimum 7-night stay across all parks.
- Deposit Required: A first night’s tariff is required at the time of booking. No sites or cabins will be held without a deposit.
- Tariffs & Rates: Rates are current at the time of booking but may change without notice. All rates are based on twin share (2 adults), and surcharges apply for additional guests. Infants under 3 years old stay free.
- Special Requests: We will do our best to accommodate specific site, cabin, or villa requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

2. How do I make a booking?
Bookings can be made by calling 1800 200 555. Due to high demand, we recommend calling as early as possible on/after 15th February to secure your preferred accommodation. Bookings can also be made online after this time.
3. What information do I need to provide when booking?

No, pets are not permitted at any of our parks during the peak summer holiday period (20th December – 14th January).
8. Will my tariff change after I book?
Tariffs are current at the time of booking. Special rates or discounts cannot be used to extend bookings.
9. What happens if I need to modify or cancel my booking?
Changes to bookings are subject to availability. Cancellation policies apply, and refunds or changes may not be available for peak period bookings. Please ask about our cancellation policy when booking.
